The Treasure King is a visionary collector whose life has been shaped by a deep respect for history, craftsmanship, and the stories held within rare objects. Known for his distinctive eye and larger-than-life presence, he has built a world around uncovering exceptional antiques, fine furnishings, art, and one-of-one treasures that deserve to be preserved, admired, and passed forward.

Hamdan Bid Rashid with Ahmed Lufti

Mohamed Ahmed Lutfi (also spelled Mohammed Ahmed Lutfi), a long-serving senior financial official in the Government of Dubai. There is surprisingly little publicly published biographical information about him, but what can be confirmed is the following

Ahmed lutfi spent approximately 45 years serving the Government of Dubai, primarily in the finance and treasury administration under the ruling Al Maktoum family

Ahmed Lutfi worked during the reigns of two Rulers of Dubai:
- Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum (Ruler from 1958–1990)
- Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Ruler from 1990–2006)
Ahmed was associated with the government's Ministry/Department of Finance, helping oversee financial administration during the period when Dubai grew from a small Gulf trading port into one of the world's leading financial and commercial centers.
